As an Associate, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial outputs and maintaining strong client relationships within a collaborative, tech-enabled environment.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to build a solid foundation in professional accounting while working with a diverse portfolio of businesses.

Responsibilities
- Manage overall outputs and client relationship for assigned accounts
- Follow internal accounting policies and client requirements
- Maintain general ledgers using cloud accounting tools (including Odoo)
- Record journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
- Perform bank reconciliations and closing of accounts (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Prepare financial reports for clients
- Prepare tax filings and reports in compliance with BIR and other statutory agencies
Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related course
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
