We are looking for a reliable and organized Liaison Officer to support our daily operations by coordinating document processing and handling transactions with external partners and government agencies.
This role is essential in ensuring that administrative and compliance tasks are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You should be proactive, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple tasks while providing clear updates to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect documents from banks, auditors, law firms, and government offices (e.g., BIR, SEC, LGUs)
- Process registrations and submissions with agencies and partners
- Photocopy, scan, and organize documents
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Must Have
- Graduate of at least a 2-year course
- 1–2 years of relevant administrative or support experience
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to prioritize tasks and work in a team
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
