Our team works closely with founders and management teams to keep their operations compliant, organized, and ready for growth. As an Associate, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial outputs and maintaining strong client relationships within a collaborative, tech-enabled environment.
As a Manager, you will lead a portfolio of clients and supervise a team of Senior Associates and Associates. You will be responsible for the overall quality of deliverables, client satisfaction, and team performance. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to translate financial data into clear insights for business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall outputs and client relationship for the assigned portfolio
- Supervise and support a team of Senior Associates and Associates
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll, and tax deliverables
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and client requirements
- Review financial reports prior to submission to clients
- Discuss financial results with clients and provide practical insights
- Monitor deadlines, quality of work, and team productivity
- Coordinate with management on complex matters and client needs
- Handle other requirements related to the assigned client portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related course
- At least 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
- CPA preferred but not required
- Experience supervising teams and managing client engagements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Highly detail-oriented and well organized
- Able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
